Work with me

I take on a small number of engagements a year, next to the day job. Two kinds. Content operations for solo experts: the system that turns one idea into a video, a newsletter and posts, without a team behind you. And audits of how you and your team actually use AI, with the system layer laid out and the next three moves named.

It fits if you already ship things and want them to run without you in the loop. It does not fit if you are looking for a tool recommendation or a prompt pack.

Tell me what you need in a few lines. I read every message myself and reply within a few days, with a straight answer either way.
